Contractor membership in the Association is voluntary. To be eligible, a firm must operate a plant in South
Carolina that produces high quality hot mix asphalt.
Associate membership is also voluntary and is limited to aggregate, asphalt cement and emulsion suppliers,
additives, release agents and biodegradable extraction solvent suppliers, equipment dealers, milling services, and surety bond agencies. By their membership, these outstanding and respected
firms indicate their support of the Association.
