The SC Asphalt Pavement Association (SCAPA) was recently featured in the September/October 2011 edition of HMAT (Hot Mix Asphalt Technology) Magazine, published by the National Asphalt Pavement Association (NAPA).

The article discussed SCAPA's recent $100,000.00 donation to Tri-County Technical College to establish an asphalt research lab.

HMAT is a national magazine that is published six times a year. It is circulated among contractor, producers and suppliers of the asphalt pavement industry, as well as local, state and federal officials. The magazine focuses on technology and innovations in the asphalt pavement industry.
