Join us Tuesday evening, February 20, 2024, when we kick off our conference with the annual Trade Show Reception.  Registration is open 8am - 7pm.

On Wednesday, February 21, 2024, join us in the Exhibit Hall for Breakfast, lunch and a full day of learning, networking and SCAPA  Quality Pavement Awards Luncheon.  Registration is open 7am - 3pm.

Qualifying attendees can receive up to 5 Professional Development Hours (PDH).

Where: Columbia Metropolitan Convention Center

Dress: Casual and comfortable. We highly recommend comfortable shoes and an extra jacket or layer. The forecast is 65 and sunny in Columbia for the conference.

Parking: Free parking is available in the lot adjacent to the Convention Center. Overflow paid spaces are in the City of Columbia garage with access on Pendleton and Park Streets.

SCAPA has reserved a room block with a limited number of rooms at both the Hilton Columbia Center and the Hampton Inn. Rooms are available on a first-come-first-serve basis. 

The cut-off date for reserving rooms under the room block is Wednesday, January 31, 2024.

The deadline to register as a sponsor/exhibitor is Friday, February 2, 2024. 

Exhibitor spaces are on a first come first serve basis and top level sponsors will receive priority spots.

  • SCAPA Member Regular Registration: $165 ($135 Early Bird through January 12, 2024)
  • Non-member Regular Registration: $225
  • Public Sector: $100
  • Sponsor Exhibitor Extra Registration: $90
  • NEW: Students + Interns: Complimentary with event volunteer role.
Registration fees include Trade Show Reception (Tuesday evening), Breakfast, Lunch, access to all presentations, mid-afternoon refreshments, a hydration Station and 5 Professional Development Hours (if you qualify).

Cancellation Policy: A full refund of registration fees will be given if cancellation is received in writing to the SCAPA office by 5PM Friday, February 9, 2024.​
